Registration 

IMPORTANT: Please Read

The ICS Congress is only for members of the International Camellia Society. If you are not already an ICS member, click this link to join: www.internationalcamellia.org. At this time, only ICS Main Congress attendees may register for a Pre-Congress or Post-Congress Tour. No partial registrations or individual day tickets are available. Persons who are members of the American Camellia Society who wish to register for only its 3-day joint convention will have a separate registration page opening on or about October 1.

The five-day 2027 ICS Main Congress (Macon) registration fee is $1550/person, double occupancy. As customary, this is all-inclusive of hotels, tours, and most meals. Please note: Attendees who request a single occupancy hotel room will have a slightly higher rate. The registration fee will be waived for certain financial sponsors who enter a sponsor code. The Pre-Congress Tour (Mobile) and Post-Congress Tour (Savannah) registration fee is $1350/US per person for each session, double occupancy. Again, persons who request a single occupancy private room will have a slightly higher rate.

Attendees have the option to extend their hotel reservations for up to 3 days (earlier or later) at the attendee’s expense.

General registration will end November 1, 2026. Registration may close early for any session that hits capacity. Main Congress capacity is 300; Pre-Congress Capacity is 150, and Post-Congress capacity is 150. 

Cancellations with full refund will be accepted before November 1, 2026. Cancellations after November 1 are eligible for partial refund of most of the registration fee.
