Registration

This event is exclusively for International Camellia Society members. Click here to join if you are not already a member: www.internationalcamellia.org. The American Camellia Society will have a separate registration process for members who are attending only its 3-day joint convention, starting on or before October 1, 2026.

As customary for all ICS Congresses, the registration fee is all-inclusive of hotels, tours, and most meals. The cost of transportation to and from the ICS Congress is not included. Attendees will have the option to extend their hotel reservations for up to 3 days, at the attendee’s expense.

The current early-registration fee for the 2027 ICS Main Congress (Macon) is $1400/US per person, double occupancy. The early-registration fee for the Pre-Congress session (Mobile) and Post-Congress session (Savannah) is $1200/US per person for each session, double occupancy. These rates will increase by approximately 10 percent starting July 1, 2026. Please note: Attendees who request a single occupancy hotel room will have a slightly higher charge.

All payments for the ICS Congress must be by secure credit card on this website. 

General registration will close November 1, 2026. Registration may close early for any session that hits capacity. Main Congress capacity is 300; Pre-Congress Capacity is 150, and Post-Congress capacity is 150. Cancellations with full refund will be accepted before November 1, 2026. Cancellations after November 1 are eligible for partial refund of most of the registration fee.

At this time, only ICS Main Congress attendees may register for a Pre-Congress or Post-Congress Tours. No partial registrations or individual day tickets are available at this time. These may become available later if space permits.
