Registration 

 An early registration discount of 10% will be applied to all completed registrations (with payment) by June 30, 2026. General registration will close October 1, 2026. Registration may close early for any session that hits capacity. Main Congress capacity is 300; Pre-Congress Capacity is 150, and Post-Congress capacity is 150. At this time, only ICS Main Congress attendees may register for a Pre-Congress or Post-Congress Tours. 

As customary, the registration fee is all-inclusive of hotels, tours, and most meals. Transportation to and from the ICS Congress is not included. 

The registration fee for the 2027 ICS Main Congress (Macon) is estimated at $1400/US per person, double-occupancy. The per-person fee for the Pre-Congress (Mobile) and Post-Congress (Savannah) is estimated at $1200/US per person for each session. Attendees who request a single occupancy hotel room will have a slightly higher charge. There are no partial registrations or individual day tickets at this time. All payments for the ICS Congress will be by secure credit card on this website. Wire transfers may be accepted by special request.

The American Camellia Society will have a separate registration process for members who are attending only its 3-day joint convention on or before October 1, 2026.
